Asian mango with ginger mint syrup

Ginger lemon is always so welcome….. Please provide feedback on what you like or dislike. I could sip on this all spring and summer long! Mangos are right up there at the top of the list of all time favorite fruits!

This is a fabulous recipe! Medicinal plants that are believed to have a beneficial effect are sometimes made into chutneys, for example Pirandai Thuvayal [4] or ridged gourd chutney Peerkangai Thuvayal or beerakaaya tokku. I also use diet 7-up instead of the club soda. I wonder if I could just do the mangos on the cheese grater?? So filling which is great cause it disappeared quick! Of course, that probably is not a compliment, to us or to SK, or even the adorable J. I tried a mango salsa once and that was very interesting.

Hi, are you suggesting that you would puree the dates in the food processor or blender? It really held up well and was so delicious. Followed the recipe exactly and it really is superb. Could you use lemon juice instead of lime juice?
